Your adventure begins with a pick-up from the Cruise Ship Terminal. First, enjoy a scenic drive to Mount Lofty Summit, where you’ll take in panoramic views of Adelaide and the surrounding landscape, including the Botanical Gardens. Next, visit the historic Hahndorf Village, where you can wander through artisan shops, galleries, and traditional German bakeries.

Next, enjoy lunch at your leisure in Hahndorf. Then, head to the the Barossa Valley wine region for guided tastings at a premium winery, learning about the winemaking process. Finally, conclude your day with a scenic coastal drive through the vibrant beachside suburb of Glenelg, returning to the port in time for your ship’s departure.

This tour includes air-conditioned transport, a local guide, and pick-up and drop-off at the cruise ship terminal. With a small group of up to 12 participants, this intimate experience offers a personalized and relaxed way to explore Adelaide’s highlights.

Missed Tour

Please note that if you do miss your tour, we will only refund 50% of the tour as we have expenses incurred that are prepaid, that does not get refunded to us. Every endeavour will be made to contact you but tours do have cut off times as we have other passengers to take into consideration.

Altered Itinerary

If your cruise ship is arriving late and leaving early, we will have to alter the itinerary. We may need to alter the itinerary.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE as from time to time the captain may cancel the tenders from coming in due to severe weather or other issues. In this event, due to the expenses involved in preparing for the cruise ship tours, we only offer a 50% refund. Please compare travel insurance policies as some will cover cancellation costs due to severe weather, while others may not, also please check the excess. If you purchase the Cruise Ship companies travel insurance, they will NOT cover external tours. Covermore Travel Insurance for Cruising - Australian Waters, does cover tour cancellation fees due to severe weather, it also has an inbound policy for non Australian residents.

Seniors (5% off) – Available for guests aged 65 and over. Please bring valid ID for verification.
Locals (15% off) – Residents of Kangaroo Island are eligible for this discount. Proof of residency (e.g., driver’s license) is required at check-in.
Group Bookings (15% off) – Groups of 6 or more guests automatically receive this discount at checkout.
