Standard (Refundable* Rate)
Your booking will be refunded in full if you cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival.
*If you cancel between 7 days and up to 24 hours prior to arrival a 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (6:00 pm day prior to arrival) or do not check in at the hostel a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights' stay per person will be charged.
Saver (Non Refundable Rate)
Your hostel booking will not be refunded if you cancel or change the booking or don't check-in.
